Prominent Kuwaiti actor Mansour Al Mansour passed away at the age of 69 in Algeria. The actor had felt severe pain in his kidneys and was immediately admitted to a government hospital in Algeria.
Mansour, who is considered to be one of the founders of the Kuwaiti play, was visiting Algeria to take part in a theater festival and was participating with his play “Al Makeed” with the Khalij (Gulf) Theater Group.
Mansour comes from a family of artists. He is the eldest brother of actors Mohammad, Hussein, Eissa and the late director Abd Al Aziz Al Mansour.
The late actor’s latest work was in the television drama “Al Julaib” alongside prominent Kuwaiti actress Hayat Al Fahd. He also took part in the drama “Jafnat Al Inab” and played the role of a blind father. Mansour was also scheduled to take part in a new drama titled “Dai Al Quloob” and the drama was to mark the return of the Mansour brothers in the same drama.
